If you are not near one of our stockists, it is still possible for us to provide you with certain dress styles directly from Melbourne. If you are not visiting us in person to be measured in a gown, you would be required to provide us with your measurements and have the dress altered locally. You would also be required to pay for and manage all the additional freight, duties, insurances etc.

Our lead-time for most of our designs is 6 months plus the time required at your end to make any alterations. However there are a select number of designs we can create within a smaller time frame…feel free to get in contact with us to find our which gowns can be done in shorter time frames.

For garments ordered without fittings, we leave excess allowance in the seams, making it easier for adjustments to be made when you receive it. For direct orders, it is expected the following may also be required by your tailor:

-Strap alteration
-Back neck clasp alteration (if applicable)
-Hem (we ALWAYS cut too long, allowing dress to be altered to the correct length at your end, which also -accommodates for deciding on shoes. The excess of your hem can be used to wrap the bottom of your bouquet.)

Below is a size guide to help you decide what size to order and also where to measure yourself from. If you don't see your size please contact us and we can forward more measurements. To order a gown we require the following measurements from you:

-Bust + Cup Size.
-Underbust (underbra - where your underwire would sit)
-Hip (hip bone - usually 10cm from your waist)
-Seat (widest part)

This is a basic measuring guide... Gwendolynne and her team can provide further details on how to measure yourself correctly and we may need a few extra measurements depending on which gown you choose. For more information please contact the studio.
