Occasionally styles are retired to our sample sale to make way for new designs and refresh classic styles. Dresses available have been featured in catwalk shows, photo shoots and lovingly worn in our salon as our "try on" samples. The offer is made up of past designs, press samples, archive pieces and current designs we are refreshing and improving. These are the ONLY gowns with no additional sizing available as everything we make is individually crafted. The gowns have particular irregularities due to their hand-made nature and sizes available range from Australian size 6 to 12 currently with most styles available suiting sizes 8 to 10.

For more details about our sizing visit our sizing guide, and measuring guide pages however most of the gowns have been altered for shows so the sizing is not always to standard and can be dependent on the last model that wore the gown. Many of the gowns in the sale are fuller in the hip and seat area than standard so are often good for pear shaped silhouette, this way they just collapse on the hips due to the soft styling of Gwendolynne. Or be altered. But it can be a bit of pot luck finding a sample sale gown that fits perfectly so bare in mind additional alterations such as hems, straps, etc may need to be accounted for..
Samples listed here are ONLY available to view and purchase via our Melbourne flagship boutique and studio. They can be purchased directly nationally or internationally if necessary and we are happy to email more details if required for clients who live afar as many have irregularities and damage from being pre loved.
